How It Started
We didn’t set out to follow the industry—we set out to challenge it.
This company was built from the collision of different disciplines: construction, architectural design, and manufacturing. Years spent on the ground, travelling all across Canada and deep within British Columbia, exposed something impossible to ignore—housing wasn’t working the way it should.
We saw it firsthand. Communities rebuilding after natural disasters. People priced out of ownership. Families ready to live smaller, smarter, and more intentionally—but with nowhere to turn for something that actually delivered on quality, design, and efficiency.
So we stopped waiting for solutions and decided to build them.
What started as a shared frustration turned into a clear direction: create homes that are attainable without compromise. Homes that are intelligently designed, precision-built, and ready for the realities of today—and tomorrow.
We brought together real-world construction experience, design thinking, and manufacturing discipline, and stripped away everything unnecessary. What’s left is a better way to build.
